Enchilada sauce Rough

Dried Pasilla and Guajillo peppers about 10 total.

2 -4 fresh jalapenos

1 onine

1 bulb garlic about 10 cloves

2 tsp salt

8 cups of water or so enough to cover all ingreidents more the merrier as you are going to boil down to thicken sauce anyhooo

remove stems from pepper

peel garlic

simmer all ingredients on low for about 2 hours at lease 1

turn off heat let cool enough to handle

add to blender and blend it food process ok

strain ingredients with a strainer ok to add water to help it sieve through

put back on stove and simmer low to remove any excess water till its as thick as well enchilad saise
