Ingredients
2 jalpenos stems removed
1 onion quartered
6-8 tomatillos quartered
1 small tomato quarted
2 or 3 avocados
2 or 3 limes for juice
salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a small saucepan boil all ingredients except avacados. until soft.
turn off and let cool a bit. drain water let cool more.
Blend all ingredients. add avocdos, lime juice salt and pepper.
add cilantro chopped last.
