Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cooked rice (preferably a day old)
- 8-10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until it's golden brown. Be careful not to burn it as it can turn bitter.
- Set aside a little bit of the fried garlic for garnish later.
- Add the rice to the pan with the remaining garlic. Break up any clumps and stir well, so the oil and garlic are evenly distributed.
- Cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is heated through.
- Season with salt to taste, then remove from heat.
- Before serving, garnish with the fried garlic you set aside.
